Chipped or Fractured Tooth Repair

Trauma to the front teeth left one central incisor with a large fracture and its neighbour with a small chip. Even a break this size can usually be rebuilt in composite rather than needing a crown, provided the shape, layering and bite are managed correctly. Both teeth were restored layer by layer — dentine, enamel, then a translucent edge — to rebuild natural depth and match the surface texture of the adjacent teeth. Treatment was completed in Marylebone, London, in a single sitting with a finishing review.
