Dark Tooth Veneers & Crown — Four Upper Front Teeth

Four upper front teeth needed different solutions to work as one smile. A dead, heavily discoloured tooth carrying an old, mismatched crown was rebuilt with a new porcelain crown, while the neighbouring incisors — worn down and patched with large old fillings — were restored with minimal-preparation, feather-edge veneers that preserve as much natural tooth as possible. An aesthetic gum lift adjusted the proportions, and the whole case was planned together through a smile trial and mock-up before any tooth was touched, so the crown, veneers and surrounding teeth would blend into one result rather than read as four separate restorations.

Well-planned porcelain like this lasts for decades with good home and dental care, resists staining and wear, and — unlike composite bonding — doesn't need yearly polishing to stay looking right. Replacement eventually becomes appropriate simply because the rest of the smile ages around it, not because anything has failed.
