Discoloured Tooth — Composite Cover

Two root-treated central incisors had discoloured from within — a common outcome after root treatment — and the old composite bonding placed to mask them was failing. The dark tooth structure was blocked out with layered opaque composite, then built up with enamel and dentine layers to recreate a natural shade and translucency. Getting the shape right mattered as much as hiding the discolouration, so the surrounding teeth's fillings were replaced and recontoured to keep everything in harmony. Completed in Marylebone, London in two visits.
