Invisalign, Whitening & Minimal Bonding

The main problem here was alignment, not the teeth themselves — the underlying tooth structure was healthy and well-formed, which meant treatment could stay conservative from the outset. Invisalign was used to bring the teeth into proper alignment, addressing the real issue directly rather than masking crowding or rotation with restorative work.

Once the teeth were aligned, whitening was carried out to brighten and even the overall shade. With a healthy, well-positioned foundation now in place, only minor composite bonding was needed to finish the result: the edges had some minor chipping and wear, restored with a light layer of composite rather than anything more extensive.

The lateral incisors were also built up slightly with composite — not to correct a problem, but by preference, giving a more levelled, masculine look to the smile that suited what the patient wanted. It's a good example of how, when the foundations are sound, straightening the bite first can mean the restorative work at the end stays minimal.
